Alice in Wonderland: new certainties

Posted in Books, Johnny Depp, movies by Anna Maria Polidori on October 27, 2014

Definitive title and movie release date!

There are a lot of novelties from Disney regarding Alice in Wonderland “second act”.

The final title of Alice in Wonderland 2 will be: Alice in Wonderland: Through the Looking Glass.

An enthusiastic movie this one. The new adventures of Alice “Through the looking Glass” will be an experience viewers can’t lose. Why?
Well because mainly the new director of the movie, James Bobin, a truly fanatic of Victorian History, has developed innovative and special ideas for this movie version of the second book written by Lewis Carroll. The movie won’t literally follow the second book written by Lewis Carroll but it will be something else. The novelty?  A new tale in the main…tale. Alice will travel through the Underland and the Time.

Plus Bobin added once he wants to present to the viewers a stunning movie and at the end of the movie viewers must say: “Wow! I loved it so badly! I am happy to be here.” With these enthusiastics promises I know that no one will be deluded by it.  I am more than sure in fact that creativity is like an endless caldrum of ideas on the set of Alice.

The script has been written by Linda Woolverton and Danny Elfman will create a new soundtrack for the movie.

Alice in Wonderland: Through the Looking Glass will be released on theaters may 27, 2016.

The previous Alice in Wonderland was directed by Tim Burton.
