New sophisticated poster of Mortdecai

It appeared on Yahoo pages yesterday.


Mortdecai, directed by David Koepp is a production involving Johnny Depp as Charlie Mordecai the art dealer created by the mind of Kyril Bonfiglioli. The book taken in consideration by the production has been the one published after the departure of Bonfiglioli and completed by Craig Brown: The great Mortdecai Moustache Mystery.

Kyril Bonfiglioli had previously written a book: All the tea in China, with a Charlie Mortdecai’s ancestor as main protagonist and later a Trilogy of books involving Charlie Mortdecai’s adventures: Don’t point that thing at me, After you with the pistol, Something nasty in the woodshed, recently published with a new cover from Penguin Uk.

With Johnny Depp Olivia Munn, Gwyneth Paltrow, Aubrey Plaza, Ewan McGregor, Paul Bettany in the role of Jock Strapp, Mortdecai’s butler, Jeff Goldblum, Oliver Platt.

The movie will be released janury 23.
