Into the Woods…The Box Office says: Yes!

Into the Woods is a real success at the American Box Office. The movie opened, told Variety, with midnight showing of $1.1 million dollars.
The movie can with tranquility reach during this first week-end $30 millions of dollars or being more “pessimistic” $28 millions.
A strong start for a very beautiful, wonderful, enchanting cast and for extremely, passionate and legendary people and creative minds like Stephen Sondheim and James Lapine legendary talents of the American Musical.
Starting from a fairy-tale invented by the same Sondheim and Lapine, the one of the Baker and the wife, still childless because heavely cursed by a horrible witch, the two ones along their trip Into the Woods for trying to sort out this problem with tha witch, breaking the curse, will meet along their way many other characters directly from Brothers Grimm’s world and….fairy-tales. So, Cinderella, Little Red Riding Hood, The Lascivious Wolf, Jack and the Beanstalk, Rapunzel.
It will be their ones a story of wishes, quests. Each of them, strongly actualized will search for something different.
The director of Into the Woods is Rob Marshall a passionate and truly lover of the genre of musical. He created Chicago, an Oscar Winning Movie, Nine.
