Johnny's movies

These ones the main characters of Mortdecai

Posted in Books, Johnny Depp, movies by Anna Maria Polidori on January 22, 2015

We all know Charlie Mortdecai, amoral art dealer, pretty sly, in love for: alcohol, food, all the possible humans pleasures, clothes, luxury in general. He loves to be comforted once back home by hot bottle of waters, he has a canary, he loves to bring with him constantly a bag plenty  of books when he travels. He has this main servant, Jock Strapp, not a shoulder, but his own shadow sometimes I think.

Johanna is his wife in total rebellion in this movie because the husband decided once to the hospital for removing the hemorrhoids, to let grow up a moustache. She will become the pale idea of the adoring and available wife she has been in the past.

Inspector Martland was an old school mate of Charlie. He needs Charlie and vice versa.

The lastest character is the one of a seductress.

All these characters are moustached, a symbol of the affinity that there is with the main character, Charlie Mortdecai.
