Ex agent Fitzpatrick confessed he told a lot of lies regarding Bulger

In a warm summer day, two years ago, while Scott Cooper was directing Johnny Depp for the biopic movie Black Mass, the first real re-construction of the story of South Boston mobster Jimmy Bulger, another piece of the intricate puzzle of the Bulger-saga put in jail: Fitzpatrick.

Recently published an article where it was reported Fitzpatrick confessed he lied various times.

First of all when he said he was sent to Boston for some special missions.

He lied when he said he tried to get the FBI to drop Bulger as an informant.

He lied about Bulger and his status of being an informant of the Boston FBI.

Plus, Fitzpatrick didn’t arrest personally the italian mafioso Jerry Angiulo.
He also lied when he said he found the rifle used for killing Martin Luther King Jr.

Fitzpatrick charged of perjury, obstruction of justice for a total of 12 counts reported
He confessed to be guilty on all.

Prosecutors, because Fitzpatrick confessed asked 24 months of probation and a fine of $12,500. The sentence on August 5. In the close future the ex agent of the FBI must start dialysis.

Fitzpatrick like many others involved in this mob-story decided at the end to write down his own truth about the mobster of South Boston publishing this book

Betrayal: Whitey Bulger and the FBI Agent Who Fought to Bring Him Down.

Another piece of Bulger’s criminal story is clear.

Thanks For what I saw from your IP you are Greek as well. I have been to Greece and I count to return there, but wow, when we visited it it was April and it was so warm! Yes, I think that our origins are Greek, but in this area from hundreds of years! And, not any idea if I am related with William Polidori 🙂 😉
